Give A Hand Up Not A Hand Out For A Desperately Needed Orphanage Expansion In Uganda
Hope For The Needy Ministries is a community based nonprofit charitable organization, founded in 2017 and located 17 miles from Mityana Municipality, that helps the needy, the orphans, and the disabled, by providing them with housing, clean water, medication, food, education, and clothing.
Hope For The Needy Ministries has an opportunity to purchase 2.5 acres of very fertile plantation land for $12,000 that will permit it to grow vegetables and raise chickens for sale and to also help feed the orphans.
The current building housing the orphans is out of space and expensive to rent. Due to the dire conditions throughout Africa, many parents are forced to leave their children behind to search for employment, housing, and food but as is too often the case, never come back.
Orphaned children in Africa experience many violations of basic human rights such as Housing, Nutrition, Healthcare and Education.
This land will help satisfy all of these needs as well as provide much a desperately needed safe space for the children to run and play and have a chance to just be kids.
