Every person is made in the image of God. No life is beyond His reach. Mercy And Grace outreach programs exist to serve all those who are homeless, affected by crime and incarceration, and to see lives and communities restored in and out of prison—one transformed life at a time. Men and women sleeping on the streets, behind bars, victims of crime, families torn apart by incarceration—all are loved by God and worthy of our attention. There is always hope. We exist to introduce people to Jesus, and this is why we constantly need to come up with new outreach ideas! We shouldn’t pour all of our energy and resources into erecting a wonderful, comfortable building with the hope that people will wander in—we need to be out building relationships with them. That means we always need to be challenging ourselves to reach people in our communities. This is a ministry on the street.

In order to augment the various ministries of FaithByTheWord and extend our outreach to every child of God, a number of strategic partnerships have been established that bring many resources to our outreach. Mercy And Grace is a valuable and strategic partnership that has proven the heart and love they have for their Lord and their ministry.

Our mission at Mercy And Grace is to be the Hands and Feet of Jesus. We want to show the love of Jesus Christ. We want to help the homeless and help them get into programs they may otherwise not know how to apply for. The programs are food stamps and disability. We want to help people in addiction find rehab programs to get clean and understand there is a better life outside of addiction. We would like to help people find a home to get off the streets. We have a clothing pantry, a food program, and a furniture program, to help furnish their homes. Our center will feed the homeless everyday Monday-Friday with a hot meal. On Fridays. We would like to give them a lunch bag of food to last through the weekend. We have a library where anyone can come in and sit to read books and TV to watch. We also have a Chapel to pray and to be prayed with. If anyone is trying to reunite with family we would love to assist in helping with that. We will be a white flag surrender in the winter when temperatures are 32 degrees or below, we will shelter people from the cold and feed them. We will have a small post office for our homeless friends to be able to receive mail. We will help individuals who need to do some type of community service hours to complete their hours in a great place learning about homelessness and how to get on the road that leads to Jesus Christ. Mercy And Grace partners with FaithByTheWord Ministries International to augment the services we provide to the homeless, incarcerated, addicted, and street gangs.
