My Daily Devotionals

June 12, 2026

Peace with God and the peace of God in a man’s heart and the joy of fellowship with Christ have in themselves a beneficial effect upon the body and mind, and will lead to the development and preservation of physical and mental power. Thus, Christ promotes the best interest of the body and mind as well as of the spirit—in addition to inward peace, the development of spiritual life, the joy and fellowship with Christ, and the new strength that come with being born again. There are certain special privileges that only the true Christian can enjoy. There is, for example, the privilege of having divine wisdom and guidance continually. This devotional plan will help you achieve The Peace Of God in your spirit, heart and mind.

Renew Your Commitment Thru Prayer Today…6/12/2026
In everything we do, Your will must be uppermost in our lives, Lord. We, as Your children, trust You to lead us. By Your love, mercy, Grace, and forgiveness we have been cleansed from sin and redeemed to spend the rest of eternity with You in sweet, loving, and obedient fellowship as we love and serve one another as you have loved and served us. Let Your light so shine through us that all who may have wandered down the wrong path may come back to You and surrender their hearts to You that they too may know The Joy Of Thy Salvation.
Be Blessed Today…6/12/2026
May the Lord bless you and keep you. May the Lord make His face to shine upon you and be gracious unto you and give you His peace. May you always be quick to listen and do what God says knowing you will be blessed if you hear the word of God and obey it!
Think On The Truth Today…6/12/2026
To know the will of God is the highest of all wisdom. Living in the center of God’s will rules out all falseness of religion and puts the stamp of true sincerity upon our service to God. You can be miserable with much, if you are out of His will; but you can have peace in your heart with little, if you are in the will of God. You can be wretched with wealth and fame, out of His will; but you can have joy in obscurity, if you are in the will of God. You can have agony in good health, out of His will; but you can be happy in the midst of suffering, if you are in God’s will. You can be miserable and defeated in the midst of acclaim, if you are out of His will; but you can be calm and at peace in the midst of persecution, as long as you are in the will of God.

Do Not Grieve…

And do not grieve the Holy Spirit of God, by whom you were sealed for the day of redemption.
Ephesians 4:30

Everyone knows what it feels like to experience grief or pain and to inflict grief or pain on another person. Ephesians 4:30 is an important verse about the Holy Spirit being a person rather than an impersonal force. Only a person can be grieved.

To determine what can grieve the Holy Spirit, we only need to read the verses surrounding Ephesians 4:30. Paul warns against unwholesome speech (verse 29) and actions such as bitterness, rage, anger, brawling, slander, and malice (verse 31, NIV). Instead, we are to be kind, compassionate, and forgiving toward others as God is toward us (verse 32). So acting in a carnal or sinful way can grieve the Holy Spirit, but acting like God—being “imitators of God” (Ephesians 5:1)—will please the Holy Spirit. What should we do when we know we have grieved the Spirit? We must confess our sin and receive God’s forgiveness and cleansing (1 John 1:9).

Don’t delay confession when you realize you have sinned and grieved the Spirit. It is the only way to continue to experience His filling.

The Wisdom of God…

Commit thy way unto the Lord; trust also in him; and he shall bring it to pass.
Psalm 37:5

The Bible reveals that God has a plan for every life, and that if we live in constant fellowship with Him, He will direct and lead us in the fulfillment of this plan.
